By now I'm sure you've noticed the large box full of search keywords at the top of your list of articles. This is the new SearchWarp.com tag cloud. The tag clouds on SearchWarp.com aren't like traditional tag clouds.

Ordinarily, tag clouds are used to show the reader what keywords submitters used on their submissions. For example, a stock photography site might use a tag cloud on a group of images so a user could see what keywords to search to find what they are looking for. Make sense?

By contrast, the SearchWarp.com tag cloud works to show you, the writer, what keywords readers use to find your articles. It is a quick way to see what is popular right now.

How It Works
The tag clouds are automatically generated. The newest search keywords are at the top of the cloud and the more common the phrase, the bigger it is. SearchWarp.com also has a global tag cloud, which can be accessed from the home page.

How It Benefits You
Consider the tag cloud as a snapshot. It shows you what people are searching for at any given moment, and how many are searching. For example, right now May 2008 horoscopes is the top search, plus it's a highly searched topic. If you write about horoscopes, you could take that into consideration when writing your next article.

If the tag cloud does not interest you, turning it off is simple. Just go to your list of articles and click "Don't Display Tag Cloud."

So there you go. Another innovation by the staff at SearchWarp.com. Use it. Enjoy it. Write!
